Asha A-List: The Fastlane To Your Fashion Label.

We launched the phone range at STR. CRD. (Street Cred), South Africa's raddest and trendiest fashion convention. This is where our target market  is, or aspires to be. So what better place than STR. CRD. to launch and position the new Nokia Asha range with it's target market.

The phone was released in 5 different colours (blue, white, red, green and yellow).

Keeping with the fashion theme of STR. CRD., we did a "fashion shoot", for each colour of the phone in a different South African theme.

With the launch of the STR. CRD. event, we briefed Africa to take part in a competition. Each week (for 4 weeks), a different colour of the campaign was the focus and people entering the competition would need to dress up to the theme and enter photo's of themselves on the phone’s preloaded app.. There were weekly winners with each theme, winning a Nokia Asha phone. The overall winners (1 guy and 1 girl) at the end of the competition, won the opportunity to create their own fashion range under the guidance of South African, world famous, fashion designer, Craig Native.
